Crystal Bowls and Zen: A Day Retreat
Saturday 24 October · 10 am–3 pm
Keigakuji, Yomogihira, Nagaoka
¥7,000 per person (tax included) · Capacity 10
A day of zazen, chanting and crystal-bowl sound meditation, with a yakuzen soup lunch, seasonal herbal tea and a small take-home sweet.
Morning sitting and chanting are followed by lunch. Crystal-bowl sound meditation begins at 1 pm, followed by tea. The day is due to finish at 3 pm.
Enquire by Instagram DM to @keigakuji.zendojo, mentioning “10/24参加希望”. Ask about language arrangements and current availability before applying. A DM alone does not confirm a reservation; payment details are provided when applying.

This gathering takes place in Niigata City, not at Keigakuji in Nagaoka.
