Stay beyond a single sitting. Temple Stay brings together evening and dawn zazen, shōjin dinner and breakfast, and an overnight stay in Yomogihira, in the mountains of Niigata.
Keigakuji is a living Sōtō Zen temple. A stay is an invitation to share some of its daily rhythm, with time to sit and time to let the valley grow quiet.
